Yate Academy

Springfield carried out the full furniture fit-out for a newly built academy school in Bristol, delivering a complete solution tailored to enhance learning, collaboration, and everyday use.

Our Challenge

The project featured innovative, space-efficient classroom desks and seating, integrated lockers, and a variety of dining areas fitted with durable tables and benches. Specialist spaces, including D&T classrooms and science labs, were equipped with robust stools and benches, while the staffroom received a comfortable, functional furniture upgrade. A standout feature of the project was the acoustically panelled auditorium, complete with tiered seating to support presentations and performances.

Outcome

As the images for this project clearly show, school interior design doesn’t have to be drab and uninventive. Indeed, creating a vibrant and bright learning space only helps students and teachers to feel comfortable and inspired to excel. The new Academy School were more than pleased with how each of the different rooms and areas were fitted out.

The project was successfully completed on time.
