Cytoplan partnered with Springfield to carry out a full office transformation at their Worcester headquarters, reimagining their work environment to better align with the company’s evolving needs. The project spanned multiple areas, including the main offices, meeting rooms, and a shared kitchen space.

The brief called for a contemporary, brand-aligned interior that would promote both functionality and a sense of identity. Springfield responded with a tailored design, integrating the company’s colours and values into a clean, modern aesthetic. The layout was carefully considered to encourage collaboration while supporting focused work and day-to-day efficiency.
