  • 1

    Feasibility

BIM ISO 19650 certificated Information management system is used to confirm project FF&E feasibility across the project and drawings for key spaces developed. Client Engagement Meetings are attended as product/room requirements are established. A fully costed feasibility schedule is developed and product specifications included.

  • 2

    Legacy/Product Group Survey

Legacy surveys include on-site listings, inclusion on drawings, clearly marked as legacy, decant/program support. This can confirm, if applicable, the description in the SS3 and SS4. Legacy items are then often colour coded in the drawings to clearly allow for integration of services, plus other disciplines.

    Client Proposal

Development of CAD Model, Drawings, product schedule, individual product specifications, FF&E Requirement Comparison Tracker and further Client Engagement meetings for a complete package. Detailed coordination with other disciplines available for clash detection and project progress. Coordination with the contractor to meet the pre construction program dates/meetings, for maximum detail at CP stage. Walkthroughs and products workshops available, and are very popular for client assurance that all is on track for a great end result. These meetings can be held on site or at Springfield’s CEM Room in Thornbury. (Near Bristol)
