Celebrating the Year Together: Our End-of-Year Team Lunch

As the year drew to a close, the Springfield team took a well-earned break from the day-to-day to come together for our annual end-of-year lunch. It was a great chance to step away from desks, catch up properly, and reflect on what’s been a busy and successful year across the business.

The lunch was all about good food, good conversation, and recognising the collective effort that goes into everything we deliver. From project milestones to new partnerships and ongoing teamwork across departments, it was a moment to pause and appreciate the people behind the work.
